Responsibilities:

• Support in Recruitment Processes: As an HR Intern, you will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.

• Employee Onboarding: You will help coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.

• HR Documentation: You will prepare and maintain HR documentation, including contracts, policies, and employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Training and Development: You will support the organization and delivery of training sessions, helping employees develop their skills and knowledge.

• Employee Relations: You will assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

• HR Projects: You will participate in various HR projects, contributing to the development and implementation of new HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Sciences (Psychology preferred), or a related field.
• Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Language Skills: Professional-level proficiency in Italian and English.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Motivation: Self-motivated and eager to learn about HR practices and processes.
