About the Role
The Rehabilitation Unit, Kew is a 20 bed unit specializing in the care of patients who are recovering from orthopedic, and neurological conditions/injuries. Care and discharge planning is provided by an inter-disciplinary team which includes the nursing. The Rehabilitation nurse is integral to the recovery process as both the bedside clinician and the conduit between the patient and the interdisciplinary team.
