The Center for Perioperative Care (CPC) unit RN prepares patients for surgery as well as, provides Phase I and II care for the ambulatory surgical population. In addition, nurses rotate through the Pre Procedure Evaluation Program and call pre surgical and procedural patients. The CPC provides care to adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients who are 16 years and older. The PPE Phone Program assesses all age groups, including pediatrics.

Requirements for an CPC Registered Nurse*:
* A minimum of one year recent acute care Surgical RN experienced required.
* A minimum of two years RN experience preferred.
* PACU experience, inclusive of Pre-op, Post Op, and ECT preferred
* Monday through Friday, Day/Evening Rotation required.
