Objective of Role:
The general role of the Intern is to work with various functional groups within Invesco Real Estate with primary responsibility for coordinating and facilitating launch of new projects. The role requires the ability to work across numerous internal groups, as well as external advisors, to ensure a structured approach and successful execution of new and existing investment deals.
Accountabilities:
- Perform in-depth market and industry analysis for various real estate investment projects
- Support Invesco Real Estate’s Acquisition, Asset Management, CPM, and Product Management teams with fund structuring and overall deal execution process JOB IS FROM: nursingjobs.siteVIEW
- Perform statistical and financial analysis
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, real estate, architecture or a related field with a strong record of academic achievement
- Working experience as a commercial real estate analyst in acquisitions, asset management and/or investment sales but not mandatory
- Investment management / advisory qualification
- Strong financial and analytical ability with solid organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to detail
- Highly-developed verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English
- Fully computer literate in all Microsoft Office Suites
- Ability to work independently
- Proactive thinking with a creative problem solving approach
- Self-motivated and comfortable achieving maximum results with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player
