Why This Role Matters
This role supports the Client Advisory team with daily operations, including administrative tasks, shipment coordination, client interaction, and research. It requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality support in a fast-paced environment.
How You'll Make an Impact
(Duties include but are not limited to the following)
Administrative Support
Supporting the team in the day to day running of the Department (in situ and remotely)
Supporting with pre-sale and post-sale tasks (sourcing high res images, condition reports, invoices)
Shipping requests and shipments coordination – ensuring shipments are handled in a timely manner and all relevant updates provided to the advisors/Project Manager
Liaising with IT to resolve any issues with office equipment in a timely manner
Responsible for collecting and distributing post
Maintaining stationery supplies in the Department
Arranging couriers, maintaining printers
Ensuring that all telephone calls are answered and messages passed on
Meeting clients at office, take to meeting room and assist with required refreshments
Maintain the catalogue inventory and allocation among team members
Updating the Team weekly on the global calendar and sale contacts
Prospective client research
Assist with ad-hoc client buying research and requirements
Miscellaneous
Any other tasks required as and when they arise
Ensuring that the Client Advisory team receives highly detailed and accurate level of support
What you’ll bring to the team
Educated to degree level or demonstrable relevant experience with a strong interest in administration essential
Superb attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills
Team player, motivated, with a passion and dedication for Christie’s
Process-driven and logical thinker
Language skills (fluent in English) plus one other language preferred
Strong IT skills with knowledge of all Microsoft packages
Ability to prioritise and work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
Positive approach and problem solving skills
Ability to demonstrate client facing experience
Previous work experience will be considered an advantage
