Join our compassionate and dedicated homecare team as a Registered Nurse (RN), where you'll provide expert care to adult and pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes. You’ll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while delivering the highest standards of clinical practice in a supportive and healing environment.As an RN in home health and hospice, you’ll work autonomously to provide personalized care, ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and organizational policies. Using advanced technology, evidence-based practice, and therapeutic interventions, you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary health team to coordinate care that meets each patient’s unique needs.

Shift Details: Full time, 40 hours - weekday, day shift.
Unit/Location: Las Vegas Area
This is a PAY PER VISIT position, compensation dependent upon years of RN work experience.
You will have an hourly rate during the orientation phase (approximately 6 - 8 weeks) based upon your years of RN work experience

Minimum Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for healthcare providers
Valid driver’s license with reliable, insured transportation and a clean driving record
Strong verbal and written communication skills
RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain a BSN within five years of their start date at Intermountain
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Two years working as an RN
Previous experience in an Acute Care, Home Health, or Hospice setting

Essential Job Duties:
- Visual and Cognitive Skills: Ability to read and interpret information, labels, and patient needs while operating monitors and identifying equipment and supplies.
- Communication and Responsiveness: Frequent interactions with patients, visitors, and healthcare providers require effective verbal communication and the ability to hear and respond to alarms, urgent needs, and issues quickly, especially in emergencies.
- Manual Dexterity: Skilled hand and finger movements are necessary to manipulate delicate equipment accurately, including frequent computer use for documentation, accessing patient records, medication preparation, and vehicle operation.
- Physical Strength and Mobility: Must be able to lift, bend, carry supplies, and assist in patient transfers, often handling items of varying weights, including heavy objects.
- Patient Support and Transport: Expected to walk, assist with patient mobility, and move medical equipment. Must navigate crowded or complex environments and ascend/descend stairs or uneven surfaces when needed.
- Driving Requirements: Regular driving for patient visits requires sitting for extended periods, reading traffic signs, and safely operating a vehicle
