🕑 PM Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do:
🔹 Lead the admissions process with professionalism and warmth
🔹 Coordinate new resident intakes and documentation using PCC
🔹 Serve as the communication hub between departments during your shift
🔹 Ensure seamless transitions for residents entering our care
🔹 Maintain accurate records, paperwork, and a positive attitude!

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Active LVN license in California
✔ At least 1 year of experience with admissions and PointClickCare (PCC)
✔ Stellar communication and organizational skills
✔ Compassionate, calm, and dependable demeanor
✔ A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
