The intern will be responsible for supporting the team in daily marketing and sales activities, contributing to the development and execution of communication and promotion strategies for the company's products and services as well as supporting the commercial backstage (systems updates and operations). He/She will work in the healthcare sector, which requires attention to detail and ethical practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the development and implementation of sales strategies. Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) system, such as Salesforce.
Provide administrative support to Key Account Managers (KAMs).

Prepare reports and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
Help create content for social media and company communication channels.
Collaborate in organizing and participating in healthcare sector events, trade shows and symposiums, including travel logistics, online and offline events, customer activities, onsite visits, communications with vendors (catering, booth, printing, etc.)
Assist in producing promotional materials and sales presentations.
Aid in communication and follow-up with clients and potential partners.
Support in administrative tasks – Purchase Orders, Coupa, MasterControl.
Qualifications:
Data Analysis: Ability to interpret metrics and campaign performance reports.
Verbal and Written Communication: Skill in creating clear and persuasive content.
Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reports and presentations.
Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in collaborative environments.
Organization and Time Management: Capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Ethics and Compliance: Understanding of ethical practices and healthcare industry regulations.
Digital Marketing: Understanding of social media platforms, SEO, email marketing, and online advertising IS A NICE-TO-HAVE.
English, at least, intermediate to advanced.
Needs to be a person that is willing to learn, eager to help and support as well as very proactive.
