Functional Responsibilities
Compliance Academy
- Assist Manager in preparing Training slides for Business Unit Compliance Representatives (BUCR) Training & Meeting, preparing One-Point-Lesson (OPL) template monthly,
- g the quarterly C-Suite Compliance Awareness Message.
- Assist Manager in coordinating Weekly Huddles, OPL and all compliance trainings as tracked in HLISB Management Committee (coordinating & training preparations) including meetings.
- Assist in collating Weekly Huddles/Committee Key Learnings non-completions to BUCRs/Head of Departments
- Assist to liaise with Human Resources with regards to highlighted issue from staffs for attendances not recorded in Workday system
Compliance Assurance
- Assist the Manager in ensuring all dissemination of communications and related documents to all departments in HLISB are done in timely manner.
- Assist Manager in monitoring, tracking and collating responses from Business Units for Compliance Assurance Programs including Compliance Self-Assessment & Compliance Independence Review. JOB IS FROM: nursingjobs.siteVIEW
- Assist manager in preparing Compliance Self- Assessment templates in Microsoft Excel.
- Assist manager in any other matters on Compliance Assurance exercise
Project/Special Assignment
- Manage/monitor the timelines
- Responsible for reports and reporting to management
- Responsible to collate responses from all relevant parties.
- Arrange discussions/meetings with relevant parties
- Track every progress of the milestone
Requirements:
- Malaysian citizen.
- Degree in any fields from local or foreign universities
- Minimum 3 months internship period
