Job Title: JR014219 Project Coordinator Operations - Intern
Location: Barcelona, Spain. Hybrid
Job Description
The Project Coordinator will support the project management team in planning, organizing, and executing projects. This entry-level role is designed to provide exposure to project coordination processes while assisting with scheduling, documentation, and communication efforts to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the creation and maintenance of project plans and timelines
Support meetings coordination including scheduling, agenda preparation, and note-taking
Track project tasks and update progress reports regularly
Help maintain accurate project documentation and files
Communicate with internal teams to gather updates and share project status
Contribute to identifying potential risks or delays and suggest improvements
Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
No prior professional experience required, but any internship, coursework, or volunteer experience in a similar role is a plus
Basic understanding of project management tools is preferred (e.g., Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project)
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
English is a MUST
