Vendor Management Support: Assist in the evaluation, selection, and management of IT vendors. Help maintain vendor relationships, track performance, and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
Service Management Assistance: Support the IT Service Management team in monitoring and improving IT service delivery. Participate in service reviews, incident management, and problem resolution processes.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to vendor performance and service metrics. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Documentation: Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation related to vendor management and IT service processes. Ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
Project Participation: Contribute to various IT projects, providing support in planning, execution, and monitoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing changes to enhance vendor management and service delivery.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Interest in IT vendor management and service management.
