Air Liquide's Business Service Center (BSC) comprises a dedicated unit (including people, processes and technologies) that is structured as a centralized point of service focused on defined business functions. The BSC supports the North America (‘NAM’) cluster and the Latin America (‘LATAM’) cluster.

Air Liquide's Shared Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who provide services that have previously been found in more than one part of the organization or group; thus, the funding and resourcing of the service is shared and the providing department effectively becomes an internal service provider.

The HR Ops Intern reports directly to the supervisor of the HR Ops team. The primary function and purpose of this position is to give support in various administrative and project-based tasks related to Talent Development, Employee Relations, and Employee Experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Talent Development:

  • Assist with the enrolling and deactivation of employees in the different trainings/ courses.

  • Support with the creation, changes and delation of the employees’ accounts in the different Learning Management Systems. 

Employee Relations:

  • Assist with the US drug testing scheduling. 

  • Support with the Termination process and exit checklist reminders for employees and managers.

Employee Experience:

  • Assist with the onboarding tasks for new joiners. 

  • Create in the different calendars the DEI activities.

Are you a MATCH?

Education:

  • Studying Human Resources, Psychology or Business Management.

Language Requirements:

  • Intermediate/Advance English language proficiency is required.

  • Basic/Intermediate French language proficiency is a plus (not required).

  • Basic/Intermediate Portuguese language proficiency is a plus (not required).

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Teamwork, Flexibility and Adaptability skills.

  • Oral and written communication skills both in Spanish & English.

  • Continuous improvement mindset for process improvements, automation and standardization.
