Job Description:

1. Review research patient orders and determine the correct billing instructions.
2. Review research patient claims and confirm the appropriate payee.
3. Function as a team member by expanding his/her responsibilities as directed to support optimal service levels throughout the organization.
4. Maintain a list of send out orders for research patients.
5. Follow-up with outside service providers on missing claims.
6. Help organize project and presentation related activities as directed.
7. Communicate and interact with leaders and peers in a manner that is viewed as having a positive effect on customer services and team morale.
8. Demonstrate sensitivity regarding cultural diversity, age specific needs and confidentiality.
