【仕事内容】担当顧客（モダン・オン・トレード業態と関わりの深い業務用酒販店）および担当顧客セグメント（オントレードチェーン企業、レストラン、ダイニングバー、オーセンティックバー等の飲食店を含むモダン・オン・トレード料飲店）に対し営業活動を実行し、ペルノ・リカール・ジャパン取扱いブランド・商品の啓蒙･認知拡大･イメージ向上をはかりつつ、様々な企画提案活動を通じて商品の配荷拡大と、店内消費喚起を行い、年間目標を達成することで収益の拡大を担います。（主要顧客管理における計画策定→実行→レヴュー型営業の徹底）【主な職務】1.活動計画の策定と実行担当主要顧客（または重要ターゲット顧客）に対して、営業戦術･各種KPIを落とし込んだ上でPDCAサイクルを実行します。日頃から顧客ニーズを把握し、社内の関連ポリシーを十分考慮の上、ブランド戦略および営業戦略との整合性をはかりつつ、各種マーケティング戦術やプロモーションを提案実行し、継続的な配荷拡大、販売数量増を担います。2.商品/市場知識、競合分析自社ポートフォリオ全般にわたる商品知識習得や、商品価値理解に努める一方、競合他社商品についても知識習得し、自社の商品差別化･競争優位を担当顧客に伝えます。同時に自社･他社を問わず、常に業界内全般（商品情報だけでなく）における最新情報を顧客へ提供します。担当顧客や顧客セグメントの営業データ（出荷量、販売量、販売コストなど）をモニターし、既存・新規のビジネスチャンスの機会を捕らえます。3.関係構築担当する主要顧客（業務用酒販店、オントレードチェーン企業、レストラン、ダイニングバー、オーセンティックバー等を中心とした料飲店のキーパーソン等）との良好なコミュニケーション・関係性構築・維持・強化を行い、商品配荷、店内ビジビリティ、アクティベーションを向上させ販売を促進させる。【担当地域】主に東京23区内【経験、スキルおよび求める人材】営業経験 ...
